  • ihateblonde is an internet personality and lifestyle and beauty creator whose brand and audience have evolved alongside her for over a decade. Her following has grown with her through multiple life chapters, creating a deeply engaged community built on trust, authenticity, and personal storytelling.

In September 2025, ihateblonde began working with creative agency Gilchrist & Ivy in an official capacity through a creator management union. Over the past five months, the relationship has evolved beyond a traditional collaboration into a full-scale partnership. What initially began as support with organization and tactical execution has grown into a strategic alliance focused on the evolution of her brand identity, audience engagement, business practices, and long-term creative direction.

As founder and face of the brand, Rachel Lynch describes the shift clearly:

“It genuinely feels like having a team behind me now. I’m not just reacting to brand asks — there’s someone helping me think long-term and make smarter decisions.”

Through this partnership, ihateblonde was able to redirect her time and energy toward the creative process itself, rather than the operational burden of negotiations and logistics. By entrusting Gilchrist & Ivy with business management and strategic oversight, the creator gained the space to focus on producing work that felt both authentic and sustainable.

  • Brand partnerships play a critical role in the success, monetization, and visibility of creators across today’s digital landscape. Throughout her career as a public-facing creator, ihateblonde has collaborated with a range of brands — particularly within the lingerie space — that align with her bold, feminine, and confident platform.

In late 2025 and early 2026, however, the scale and scope of these partnerships began to shift. Collaborations with Thistle & Spire, followed by a longer-term, highly visible role in Blush’s “Lover’s Campaign,” marked a significant step forward. The Blush partnership extended beyond standard sponsored content, securing a multi-post agreement as well as an interview component — signaling a move toward deeper, narrative-driven brand relationships.

Reflecting on this evolution, ihateblonde shared:

“It was obviously a lot more work, but it was also higher paid than anything I’d done before, which felt really good. I was nervous the day I did it because I’d never done anything like that. But once I got through it, I realized, okay — I can handle bigger things, even if they’re scary or new. Being pushed into that challenge helped me grow, and I’m really happy we made it happen.”

These campaigns represented more than increased compensation or visibility; they marked a shift in confidence, creative ambition, and readiness to take on larger-scale opportunities. With strategic support from Gilchrist & Ivy, ihateblonde was able to step into more complex partnerships while maintaining alignment with her personal brand and audience trust.

  • As the first quarter of the year comes to a close, it is essential for both creators and management teams to pause, reflect, and align on next steps. For Gilchrist & Ivy, this check-in serves as an opportunity to assess progress, clarify direction, and ensure that upcoming initiatives support the creator’s long-term ambitions.

While ihateblonde has already achieved significant milestones early in the year — from executing high-impact campaigns to refining and clarifying her brand voice — the focus remains on continued growth and expansion.

When discussing her priorities for the coming months, ihateblonde emphasized the importance of deeper brand alignment and scale:

“The first step is finding more brands that really align with my personal brand — even looking at categories like jewelry or sunglasses. I do think I have an edgy fashion influence, so finding brands that make sense for that, building real partnerships with them, getting paid, and doing bigger projects feels really important. I’d also love to grow my following and reach 200k.”

From a strategic standpoint, identifying and nurturing the right brand relationships has become increasingly critical. While inbound interest continues to grow, securing partnerships with long-term potential requires a more proactive and intentional approach.

To support this goal, ihateblonde proposed implementing regular strategy check-ins, ideally once or twice per month, focused specifically on brand outreach and opportunity identification. These sessions would prioritize expanding beyond traditional lingerie partnerships to explore adjacent categories such as accessories, jewelry, and alcohol — allowing for broader creative expression and increased market reach.

By aligning consistent communication with targeted brand exploration, the partnership between ihateblonde and Gilchrist & Ivy is positioned to build sustainable, high-impact collaborations throughout Q2 and beyond.

  • As a newly established and rapidly expanding creative agency, Gilchrist & Ivy has already secured management partnerships with ten creatives — ranging from award-winning creative directors to influencers and artists. This diverse roster reflects the company’s broader ambition: to support creatives across multifaceted practices while providing the operational backbone necessary for sustainable growth.

Through these partnerships, creatives are able to execute ambitious ideas with confidence, trusting Gilchrist & Ivy to manage the logistical and operational responsibilities that often pull focus away from the creative process.

    As ihateblonde explains:

“I trust Gilchrist & Ivy to stay on top of things and keep everything moving. As a creative, I don’t want to handle that stuff. I want to focus on memorizing my lines, planning my next photoshoot, developing film, or editing — not worrying about jumping on calls or managing logistics.”

By relieving creators of administrative and managerial burdens, Gilchrist & Ivy enables its talent to remain fully immersed in their craft while maintaining forward momentum across business and brand initiatives.

As the company continues to grow, Gilchrist & Ivy remains focused on cultivating new connections and expanding its management partnerships throughout the year — building a scalable infrastructure designed to support creatives at every stage of their careers.

  • Over the past quarter, ihateblonde has demonstrated strong, consistent audience growth and expanded reach beyond her existing following.

    Key Metrics:

    • 597K total views in December

    • 264K views in August (+42% month-over-month growth at the time)

    • 38–50% of views from non-followers

    • 148K total followers

Between August and December, total views more than doubled — reflecting increased algorithmic visibility and sustained audience engagement.

Notably, up to 50% of monthly views come from non-followers, indicating strong discovery potential and expanded brand exposure beyond her core audience.
